Zaměstnanec dostane úkol (práci) a musí si s ním poradit aniž by například znal technologii, s kterou má pracovat. Zaměstnanec má možnost si vše nastudovat, tudíž má možnost se seznámit s něčím novým a díky časovým plánům je to pro něho i výzva, protože musí splnit věci včas. Nebudete se nudit u jednoduchých úkolů, ty dělají stážisté, vy budete vykonávat větší a náročnější úkoly.
