Štátna správa tzv. slepačí kurín znesieš vajce dostaneš zaplatené.
V předchozích zaměstnáních jsem to tak neměla a vnímám to jako jednu z největších výhod spolu s kladným postojem na práci z domova, byť v omezené míře. Pokud zaměstnanec potřebuje pečovat o děti, starší nebo nemocné blízké či má jiné aktivity, dá se domluvit. Samozřejmě se musí odvést práce, tu za vás nikdo neudělá a hodinový fond taky není jen tak, ale možnost sladit rodinný a pracovní život tu není jen fráze.
