Cestovní ruch je velmi dynamický a plný změn. Takové prostředí všeobecně za mě naplňuje spíše mladší lidi, kteří naopak vyhledávají dynamické stimulační prostředí a nemají rádi nudu. Je zde převážně mladší kolektiv.

Firma také podporuje kariérní růst. Na mnoha managerských pozicích jsou lidi, kteří ve firmě začínali například prodejem zájezdů.
