Naše firma má skvělou firemní kulturu a také super kolektiv s přátelskou atmosférou. Oceňuji, že ve většině týmů máme od svých teamleaderů důvěru, nikdo nám nestojí za zády a nekontroluje jak děláme svou práci. Pracovní doba je dost flexibilní, což mi maximálně vyhovuje. Jo a máme krásné kancly :)
Někdy se moc tlačí na prodej nových produktů, na který trh ještě nemusí být připraven a je demotivující, když to nejde podle plánů. Dalo by se zapracovat i na lepší komunikaci mezi týmy.
