Rozhodně bych vyzdvihl možnost kariérního růstu. Pohodlnost full-remote je jeden z nejdůležitějších aspektů této práce.
Občas to vypadá, že je tato firma přerostlý startup, který si neuvědomuje, že by mohl implentovat základní postupy z větších firem a jinde to zase s korporačnímy procesy přehánějí.
Work in a team of young people
Samotné vedení bych řadil do relativně mladšího kolektivu a potom ve všech týmech se spíš setkáte s dvacátníky, kteří mají krátce po škole, popřípadě s mladšími třicátníky.
