Dělá se podle norem, vše je předem vypočítané a každý zaměstnanec má nastarost pouze určitou část výroby v které se může zdokonalit. Výhodou je větší efektivita narozdíl od pracovišť, kde všichni dělají všechno a nikdo nic neumí pořádně a také rychle.
Mají málo zaměstnanců, špatně platí, a tak rádi přijmou lidi,kteří se chtějí naučit i něco nového a budou pracovat, protože je práce třeba baví. Dá se pracovat i v provozu na ranní směnu, což ocení zejména matky s malími dětmi.
