Z velkej casti su manazeri zahranicni, casto Americani. A ti maju k zamestnancom uplne iny pristup ako lokalni manazeri. Ich standardny pristup je dovera. Na druhej strane ocakavaju profesionalitu a samostatnost. Chcu proste 100% vysledok a su ochotni v jeho dosahovani zamestnanca podporit. Zvysok je na zamestnancovi.

Clověk se tu naučí pracovat pod tlakem a dle směrnic. Závod je moderní a člověk je v kontaktu s nejnovějšími technologiemi v oblasti Trim Automotive.

Naučil sem něco uřetečnicho , dloouha spolprace rad sem tam pracoval do doby až se ne měnil menagment neodpovedny lide na pozice ze špatnym přistupem na lidi

Boli sme vynikajúci team a aj teamleaderka bola vynikajúca. Vždy sme si pomáhali a po práci sme zvykli ísť na pivo.
Bola to monotónna práca. Odporučila by som zmenu - rotáciu po roku.

Do roku 2008 samostatnost a pravomoc v rozhodování. Po krizi to bylo složitější.
