Protože lidé se zkušenostmi už ví, jak to funguje v normálních firmách.
Rozjíždíme nové projekty především v Rakousku (ale i jiné země jako Bulharsko), možnost uplatnění angličtiny a případně i němčiny. Většina dodavatelů ryb i obalů jsou ze zahraničí. Časté návštěvy zahraničních partnerů ve firmě. Vlastníci firmy jsou z Ruska a i mnoho vedoucích zaměstnanců jsou z rusky mluvících zemí, ovšem v drtivé většině případů se domluví česky.
