-mzda pravidelně na účtu -benefity: stravování zdarma, příspěvek na dopravu
-mzda by mohla být vyšší -chtělo by to lepší plánování výroby, aby se nemusely nařizovat přesčasy -ve výrobě jsou pozice, které by se měly nahradit automatizací (jsou fyzicky náročné, prašnost), v tomto ohledu by firma měla zapracovat -na některých pracovištích je v zimě chladno, v létě naopak vysoká teplota (chybí klimatizace) -občas zmatené pokyny z vedení, ruší se, co se nařídilo apod. -u některých lidí z vedení chybí pozitivní motivace podřízených

Zajímavé benefity, minimální stres, lidský přístup, neustálé zlepšování pracovního prostředí.
Příliš nízko nastavená 13. mzda, max 1,2 měsíční násobek platu.
