Jelikož jsou více přizpůsobivé a zpočátku nebudou nároční ns plat .Pracovala jsem tam 10 let byla jsem služebně nejstarší s největším obratem a nové vedení snižovalo náklady a snížili podstatně i můj plat.










Protože vedení firmy podporuje nové myšlenky a nová řešení. Obecně jsou nová, neotřelá řešení vítána a podporována. Je zcela logické, že navrhovaná řešení nebo i návrhy, či zlepšovací návrhy musí zapadat do konceptu rozvoje firmy, musí naplňovat vize firmy.
