Na pozici kongresový pracovník je potřeba především fyzická síla (stěhování nábytku a vychystávání nádobí na velké kongresy o 500 a více lidech atp.) Vše ostatní vás naučí. Náročnost této práce spočívá v dobré organizaci a komunikaci s nadřízenými . Jinak nevidím nic, co by se průměrně inteligentní člověk nemohl naučit.
