Pracovní doba je v mnoha případech pružná, je prostor na občerstvení, pauzu na oběd, v provozu - jak u termínů provedení zakázek, tak oprav poruch se netlačí na dodržení termínu, pouze se někdy dohání termíny u nasmlouvané údržby - profylaxe.
