Díky tomu, že nejsme velká firma, panuje u nás spíše rodinná atmosféra. Navzájem si pomáháme, není důvod k přehnané soutěživosti, proto je u nás pohoda a příjemné, uvolněné (přesto ale stále profesionální) pracovní prostředí.

Dělat práci, která někomu dalšímu ulehčuje a zpříjemňuje život, je pro mne naplňující. V porovnání s jinými obory oceňuju, že vidím ihned dopady své práce. Přestože nejsem v přímé péči a tedy každodenním kontaktu s našimi klienty, zpětnou vazbu mám, a každý úsměv na tváři našeho klienta mi dělá velikou radost.
