Flexibilita je v dnešní době velmi důležitá, hlavně pro zaměstnance s dětmi, ale i pro ty, kteří potřebují skloubit ostatní soukromé aktivity s prací. Je potřeba plnit si své pracovní povinnosti, jako odměna je možnost dodělat práci např. k večeru, pokud je třeba odjet z práce dříve. Home Office není u nás nijak omezený, kdo chce pracovat více z domu, není problém, ale spíš u seniornějších pracovníků. Nováčci v prvních měsících do práce chodit musí.
