Pan majitel je v oboru již 30 let a je to hodně znát. Do firmy od počátku vnáší tradiční hodnoty a poctivost, které vytvořily kvalitní zázemí a podporující prostředí. Náročná práce s požadavky na neustálé se zlepšování, ale to je všem jasné. Člověk zde pracuje a roste smysluplnou a naplňující prací.

Firma působí v průmyslu, kde se největší projekty rozkládají na dlouhé období – jakmile je projekt schválen, trvá klidně i 5 let. To pro zaměstnance znamená jakousi jistotu ve výhledu do budoucna.
