Kolektiv kolegů, kteří se k sobě chovají slušně a nápomocně. Sousta firemních akcí na stmelení kolektivu a posílení jejich dovedností např. vést tým.

Mám maximální prostor pro iniciativu, seberozvoj. Práce, která má smysl pro mě i ´pro svět´. Je to super parta chytrých lidí, individualit. Podpora sportu, zdraví - firma dává benefiry, které by ´nemusela´ a jsou moc fajn, domyšlené.
Někdy je to makačka, zvlášť teď, kdy to v automotive není jednoduchý. Ale orientujeme se i na letectví a kosmické programy, elektroniku, high-tech, tak to určitě poroste. Ta dovolená by mohla být i delší..ale je super, že aspoň po 3 letech roste, po 10 už na 30 dní.
