Možnost jezdit na služební cesty, home office, zajímavá práce
Nedostatek inovací, spoustu lidí je dlouho na vedoucích pozicích a odmítají inovace a změny, což brzdí rozvoj celé firmy, málo benefitů, mizerné PR firmy, rozdělení firmy do několika zemí komplikuje spolupráci

Kolektiv Bývalé vedeni
Nesmyslné strategie nového vedení. Přebujelý management. Spousta prázdných frází
Order and rules
Brush je ideální pro někoho, kdo chce dělat jen svoji práci a odejít po 7,5 hodinách s čistou hlavou aniž by přemýšlel o tom, jestli jeho práce má nebo nemá smysl. V dvouletých cyklech se vše mění a co bylo jako dobré, bude špatné a naopak. Ale opět budete dělat svých 7,5 hodin a výplata bude chodit včas.

Spíš nejsem
Myslím si, že po více jak desti letech by si člověk zasloužil větší uznání a i peníze by měli být trochu jinde. Když to srovnám s nabídkami jiných firem, tak nástupní plat je kolikrát vyšší, než mám já za dobu u nich strávenou. Škoda, že si neváží svých lidí.

V minulosti jsem se mohl realizovat na zajímavých projektech, v současnosti je to horší, ale ujde to i tak.

Príjemný prístup kolegov, nadriadených z oddelenia z iných oddelení. Školenia na profi úrovni. Jazykové kurzy. Radosť tam pracovať.
Nie nieje nič.
