V divizi, kde jsem pracoval, bylo spoustu produktů a někteří velmi zkušení manažeři. Firma si byla vědoma, že stárne a potřebuje čerstvou krev, tak se pro to snažila vytvářet podmínky.

Firma nefungovala přes “píchačky” a umožňovala v nějakém rozsahu home-office nebo různé další možnosti, kdy pracovat. Bylo to na dohodě mezi teamleadrem a zaměstnancem. Tím jsou myšleni realizační lidi (IT odborníci). V obchodě to funguje úplně jinak vzhledem k služebním cestám. HR a top management se snažil celkem přizpůsobit současným trendům v IT ohledně pracovní doby apod.
