Pracovní doba pro klienty na objednání, což bylo složité skloubit s osobním životem. Někdo se objednal na 6 hodin ráno, někdo na 6 hodin večer. Pracovní doba se protáhla i na sobotu.
Jobs for people aged 50+
Jelikož se jedná o státní správu, platově jsou na tom lépe lidé, kteří mají dlouholetou praxi. Člověk bez praxe (např. po škole) dostane pouze základní plat. Kdežto člověk, který pracoval na obdobné pozici dostane řádově o několik tisíc více. Pracovní doba je také upravena spíše pro ty, kteří nemají malé děti a přizpůsobí se spíše nárokům a požadavkům klientů. Matka s dětmi těžko půjde do práce v 6 hodin ráno, protože si to klient přeje či v sobotu, kdy je víkend.
