flexibilní pracovní doba častý sběr zpětné vazby a její zapracování kancelář v centru města neusíná na vavřínech ale inovuje
nic co by stálo za zmínku, problémy se řeší okamžitě

Skvělá parta lidí, otevřená komunikace, zájem o zaměstnance jako o lidi (nejsme jen stroje) a sledování aktuálních trendů.
Občas je práce nad hlavu a tlak na výsledky je vyšší, ale ruku na srdce, kde to dnes není?

* Kultura * Možnost rozvoje a vzdělávání se * Pravidelná zpětná vazba * Různé projekty a mnoho příležitostí * Kanceláře v centru města * Super teambuildingy
* některé projekty nejsou tak zajímavé * monitory by mohlo být modernější.
Opportunity to work during studies
Spousta lidi je tu uz pri konci studia ctvrtak nebo patak na vysoke, behem prazdnin se da makat vic, nevadi ldyz ma clovek treba nejaky cely den skolu. Proste se to da domluvit anlidi chapou ze skola se meni, je zkouskove apod
Meaningful work
Pro spoustu lidi je to prace, ve ktere muzou rust a posiuvat se jak chteji - jit treba z testera na projektaka, nebo z developera na manazera. To neni nic revolucniho, v korporatu to jde taky, ale tady to jde v parte mladych motivovanych lidi se stejne staryma, stejne naladenyma lidma se do rust a u toho si uzivat srandu. Takze to ze jsou manazeri a zbytek tymu tak blizko zakaznikum a spousta jejich napadu jsou vyslysene, takze je to takova “raketa” na rust.

Máme skvělý kolektiv podobné smýšlejících lidí. Máme prostor na rozvoj jak technický tak osobnostní.
