Sales Representative / Internal Sales

(B/C Customer Portfolio Management + Selected Project Support)


We are looking for a commercially minded and proactive colleague who will manage an assigned customer portfolio from the office and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

This is not a passive administrative role. We are seeking someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, thinks commercially, identifies opportunities, and consistently follows through.


What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?

🔹 Customer Portfolio Management (B & C Segment)

Actively manage and develop relationships with assigned customers
Communicate regularly across customer departments (purchasing, engineering, quality, operations, management)
Ensure a high level of customer service
Proactively manage repeat orders and future demand


🔹 Order Management & Operational Support

Resolve order discrepancies in a timely manner
Communicate directly with customers until full resolution
Cooperate closely with internal teams across departments


🔹 Inquiry Handling & Business Development

Qualify incoming customer inquiries
Prepare quotations and proposals
Identify larger business opportunities
Actively develop growth potential within existing accounts


🔹 Sales Planning & Forecasting

Conduct annual business reviews (pricing, forecast, demand planning)
Work with CRM/database systems and follow structured sales contact plans

Who Are We Looking For?

You have a commercial mindset and enjoy working with customers
You communicate professionally and confidently
You are organized and follow tasks through to completion
You take ownership and responsibility

You are comfortable in a fully on-site working environment

You have strong command of English and Czech language (written & oral)

Experience in B2B, internal sales, or customer service is an advantage
