Spolupráce s kolegy opravdu funguje, není to jen motto. Příjemné prostředí (snídaně, fotbálek ...). Moderní softwarová řešení.

Možnost rozvíjet svoje schopnosti a posouvat se dále. Tým a nadřízení se chovají jako parťáci, každý se snaží vyhovět druhým.

Neřeší se tu nějaký dresscode, jak má člověk vypadat apod. Pokud je někdo pracovitý, zlepšuje se ve své práci, tak je přijímán ostatními bez ohledu na to, jestli je nebo není formálně oblečen. Také se neřeší nějaká pracovní doba.

Pracuje se na různých typech projektů - Atlassian, interní aplikace pro firmy, webové aplikace, aplikace propojené s hardwarem.

Se skvělou partou lidí, pracovní a mimopracovní akce, konference, lidský přístup.
Možná dát ještě větší prostor proto, aby ostatní mohli mluvit, spousta z nich má super nápady, jen s nimi neumějí jít ven :)

Růstové a přátelské prostředí s důrazem na smysluplnost a kvalitu práce. Kontinuální restrukturalizace organizační struktury reflektující aktuální potřeby a cíle firmy. Pořád na sobě makáme a posouváme se vpřed!
Stále pracujeme na knowledge managementu a sdílení informací. Také ještě dotahujeme onboarding, rozvojové plány a kompetenční modely.

S atmosférou ve firmě, nikdy bych neřekl, že se do práce dá i těšit.
Aktuálně žádný nedostatek nepociťuji.

Možnost učit se nové věci. Kolegové jsou fajn. Prostředí kanceláří je neformální a pohodové, obzvláště pak naše skvělá relaxační místnost. Výborná káva z profi kávovaru. Ovoce a zelenina na pracovišti. Možnost pravidelné práce z domova. Dostupnost kanceláří z vlakového nádraží pěšky do 10 minut.
Vylepšil bych některé části kódu v projektu, ale to je ostatně moje práce a snažím se to dělat. Vylepšil bych rovnoměrnost distribuce práce (vlny kdy jednou je toho hodně a jindy je práce nedostatek jsou stresující)
