Líbí se mi, že práce není na plný úvazek, že manažeři jsou obsazováni do pozic, kde mohou něco změnit a organizaci řídit.

Zatím nejsem využitý na moji plnou kapacitu to jsou tři dny / týden

Komunikace s nadřízeným, jednoduchá administrativa, míra samostatnosti

Nedostatečná obousměrná vnitrofiremní komunikace ( nad rámec komunikace s přímým nadřízeným ),

Freedom and independence

Protože nastavený systém práce není založen na mikro-managementu. Základem je několik pravidel, která se musí ctít a termínů, které se musí dodržovat. A vše ostatní uvnitř je založeno na osobní zodpovědnosti, schopnostech a selském rozumu. Ty ale musí být k dispozici :)
