Různorodost a rozmanitost práce. Široké možnosti seberozvoje a kariérního vývoje.

Vzhledem k charakteru podnikání společnosti, nemožnost významnějších HO k ohledu na ostatní kolegy, zejm. stavbyvedoucí, kteří svou práci z domova opravdu vykonávat nemohou:-)

Perfektní přístup celého tymu Beroun Strabag, takový přístup jsem jinde nezažil, nikdo nemá zapotřebí si honit ego na jiných.

Působení na velkých stavbách. i s finančním ohodnocením, i když ...

Nedostatek benefitů ve srovnání se stejně velkými stavebními firmami. Téměř nulová nabídka koupě vstupenek na sportovní zápasy.

Zkráceně řečeno, ve STRABAGu se člověk cítí příjemně a respektován, skoro jako v rodinném prostředí :-)

docela by se hodil 13.plat

Jobs fit for working parents

Jde hlavně o klouzavou pracovní dobu v rozmezí zhruba 2,5 hodin ráno a odpoledne s tím, že na konci týdne musí být odpracováno 42,5 hodin. A obecně lze říct, že pro rodiče menších dětí jsou vhodnější pozice THP pracovníků v rámci správních a technicko - hospodářských činností.
