Práce v zajímavém oboru, tvůrčí a pestrá. Volnost v tvůrčí práci a tedy i odpovědnost za ni. Firma podporuje vývoj nových produktů.
Nic konkrétního mne nenapadá, ale v každé firmě je co vylepšovat.

Oceňuji slušné jednání ze strany vedení a dobrou atmosféru na pracovišti.
Občas trochu vázne komunikace mezi jednotlivými skupinami v rámci firmy.

oceňuji lidský přístup vedoucích, perfektní zázemí, vyhovující benefity - které jsou užitečné, pružnou pracovní dobu
