The manager always takes good care of us and organizes many team events. He provides food and drinks. He cares about our well-being. I feel very secure in my position. He communicates clearly what his expectations are and how they can be achieved. Even if something goes wrong, he never loses his temper. The option to work from home anytime, especially when my child is sick, gives me lots of freedom and security.

It was new to me, that there is neither summer bonus, nor christmas bonus. Of course there is a yearly bonus, based on performance. But the quantity is not on the same level.

ComAP gives me the opportunity to learn many different technical things and to develop myself further in them

The introduction is very hard as a lot of information has to be laboriously requested.

Pracovní prostředí - relax zóny, kuchyně, výběr pití. Firemní snídaně. Podpora sportovních volnočasových aktivit. Interní soutěže.

Zatím nic co by se nedalo vyřešit s nadřízenými nebo kolegy ;-)

- velmi vstřícná komunikace v týmu, oddělení a manažerem, - rozvoj a podpora manažera při rozvoji, dává mi příležitosti k rozvoji - firma dělá pěkné akce pro zaměstnance - health days, snídaně, kreativní worskshopy, možnost využít den v roce na podporu nezisku - flexibilita - možnost HO

Na ComApu nejvíce oceňuji otevřenou, přátelskou a neformální atmosféru napříč celou společností. Všichni si tykáme a týmová spolupráce tu opravdu není jen klišé slovem. Líbí se mi, že většina manažerů / vedoucích jsou lidé, kteří pro ComAp dýchají, často zde pracují několik let a tedy jsou ve své roli velmi kompetentní. Dále oceňuji pocit stabilního zaměstnání, možnosti vzdělávání a pocit, že ComApu na svých zaměstnancích záleží. Velké plus je i časová flexibilita a možnost si vzít HO.
