příjemné pracovní prostředí výborná káva na pracovišti (+šťáva, čaje a voda) jídelna s kuchyňkou možnost práce na Home office stravenky a 5 týdnů dovolené vstřícnost možnost dojet si kamkoliv do okolí na oběd (kvůli nevýhodnému místu, kde firma sídlí)

V benefitech není Multisport karta, ale je v procesu místo firmy (poloha)

Pravidelné schůzky a komunikace s mým nadřízeným, v průběhu schůzek vždy vstřícnost a příjemná atmosféra. Vychází vstříc v případě čerpání dovolené a když má člověk náměty na zlepšení, firma je otevřená jejich implementaci, i když to někdy stojí peníze.

Na některých odděleních evidentně nefunguje dobře komunikace, což je slyšet z více stran a určitě je tam prostor pro zlepšení.
