Oceňuji firemní kulturu a rodinnou atmosféru. Kolegové se k sobě chovají s úctou a rádi pomůžou s dotazy. Zaměstnanci jsou pro firmu prioritou.

Férový přístup a fajn kolektiv. Rodinná firma i když jsme poměrně velká firma o větším počtu zaměstnanců.

Kvalitní týmová práce = spokojený zákazník, a to kolegové z Tradixu splňují na 100%.

Aby se člověk v práci cítil dobře, je zapotřebí zdravé prostředí fajn kolektiv a to zde je....
Nic mně nevadí, jen by bylo fajn mít 25 dní dovolené.
