- zaměstnanecké benefity - i hlas jednotlivce je slyšet - férové jednání - i když je to korporát, jak jednání nadřízených i top managementu na úrovni rodinné firmy

- složitější procesy, které však vychází z velikosti firmy

dobré benefity, zázemí. I když to tak někdy nevypadá, všichni táhnou za jeden provaz.

Občas proces schvalování nákupu potřebných pomůcek pro pracovní výkon. (korporátně zdlouhavý proces)
