super kolektiv pracovníku i s vedením, spoustu firemních společenských akcí vše se platilo fér: přesčasy atd. benefity: stravenky, penzíjko/životko pracovní pomůcky školení

je to převážně sezonní práce, musí se počítat s přesčasy

Firma působí v Česku již 25 let a stále má hodně zakázek. Zaměstnanci jsou vždy na prvním místě - výplata se nikdy neopozdí, dbá se bezpočenost při práci, různé benefity, stravenky atd.

ne vždy funguje potřebná komunikace, některé změny jsou prováděny chaoticky

Oceňuji benefit Cafeterie Naučil jsem se, že musím mít vždy záložní plán a vše zdokumentováno

Vadí mí komunikace s některými stavbyvedoucími Zázemí pro zimní opravy a údržbu strojů.

Velmi férový zaměstnavatel, poskytuje dobré vybavení a podmínky k práci včetně firemních benefitů.

Vzhledem k zahraničním vlastníkům pozvolna bobtnající administrativní zátěž - každým rokem přibude nějaký drobný výkaz nebo hlášení co se musí udělat a zabere "jen pár minut". Ale to je stejné u všech větších firem.
