Veškeré možné benefity ( dovolená, příplatky,...) Pevná pracovní doba. Kvalitní zácvik. OOP a vybavení na vysoké úrovni. Komunikace s vedoucími.

Přístup k zaměstnancům je pozitivní, dělá se tu pro lidi hodně. Jak v oblasti benefitů, tak technického a lidského zázemí. Někdy by se dokonce na některých věcech mohlo i více šetřit.

Hodně ježdění na dlouhé vzdálenosti. Dnes už se dá efektivně pracovat online a vybavení k tomu ve firmě máme.

Přístup nadřízených k lidem a k práci. Ochotnu pomoct při řešení problémů. Férovost a přímočarost.

Občas trochu moc byrokracie. Tvorba výkazů (pracujeme na zlepšení)
