Oceňuji přátelskou atmosféru, kolegy, kteří jsou ochotni poradit. RICOH je rozhodně společnost s dobrými pracovními standardy.
Narozdíl od jiných firem jsou nabízené zaměstnanecké benefity střídmé.

Férový přístup. Pomoc kolegů. Vedení umí naslouchat. Vždy se hledá způsob "jak to udělat", nikoliv důvod "proč ne".

Nebudu to do hloubky rozvádět, ale toho je zdaleka nejlepší zaměstnavatel, v porovnání s bývalým zaměstnáním. Kolegialita, férovost, pochopení, platové podmínky. Co víc od zaměstnání požadovat ?
Jsou to spíše věci, které ovlivňuje korporátní systém v zahraničí a s těmi jde dělat skutečně pramálo.
