Vstřícnost, férovost, váží si vás, práce na prodejně se rozděluje mezi všechny, neexistuje, že by vedoucí seděl na zadku a koukal na vás jak makáte.
Někomu může vadit jen jedna pauza za dvanáctku, ovšem kolektiv je dost uvolněný a když je možnost, není problém se odskočit nasvačit kdykoliv
